Common Faults Handling of Pressure Transmitter

1. When installing, the pressure sensitive parts of the pressure transmitter should be perpendicular to the gravity axis. If the installation conditions are limited, the zero position of the transmitter should be adjusted to the standard value after fixing.

2. The residual pressure cannot be released, so the zero position of the sensor can not be lowered. The ideal way to eliminate this reason is to remove the sensor and directly check whether the zero position is normal. If the zero position is normal, replace the sealing ring and try again.

3. The output of the pressure transmitter does not change, and the output of the pressure transmitter suddenly changes, so the zero position of the pressure relief transmitter can not be returned. The reason for this phenomenon is probably caused by the sealing ring of pressure sensor.

4. Whether it meets the requirement of power supply; whether there are wiring errors between power supply and transmitter and load equipment. If there is no voltage or polarity on the terminal of the transmitter, the output of the voltage-free signal of the transmitter can be caused.

5. The shell of pressure sensor and transmitter should be grounded. Signal cable should not be mixed with power cable. Strong electromagnetic interference should be avoided around sensor and transmitter. Sensors and transmitters should be periodically calibrated in accordance with industry regulations.

6. When choosing pressure sensors and transmitters, users should fully understand the working conditions of the pressure measurement system and make reasonable choices according to needs so as to make the system work in an ideal state and reduce the cost of the project.

7. The filling liquid in the isolator and element is transmitted to both sides of the measuring diaphragm. A capacitor is formed by measuring the diaphragm and the electrodes on both sides of the insulating sheet.

8. Pressure transmitter should be inspected once a week and once a month, mainly to remove the dust in the instrument, to check the electrical components carefully, to check the current value of the output frequently, the pressure transmitter is weak electricity, must be separated from the external strong electricity.
