Plastic Pressure Switch

Pressure switch is a simple pressure control device. When the measured pressure reaches the rated value, the pressure switch can give an alarm or control signal.

At present, most of the existing pressure switches are made of metal materials. When the medium of gas or liquid circulating on the valve body is used, it will cause certain corrosion to the pressure switch itself; moreover, the existing pressure switches are only suitable for normal use under one kind of pressure, and can not meet the needs of people.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a plastic pressure switch in view of the technical problems existing in the existing technology. Specifically, a plastic pressure switch includes a valve body, a shell fixed to the valve body, and a micro-switch arranged in the shell; an inlet and an outlet are arranged on the valve body, and a pressure opening is arranged at the position between the inlet and the outlet towards the shell, and a diaphragm is covered on the pressure opening to seal; the diaphragm is provided with a push on the side away from the pressure opening. The push rod is connected with the micro switch upward to realize the start and close control of the micro switch by driving the push rod upward through the diaphragm, and one side of the push rod is fixed on the shell by a spring limit adjusting mechanism.
