Ion Fire Sensor

Ion Fire Sensor

The device is made based on the flame conductivity effect and is used to detect the flame condition in the environment. It is a fire-resistant metal tube mounted on an insulator. Generally, a DC positive potential is applied to the metal tube and a DC negative potential is applied to the aircraft body. When there is a flame between the metal tube and the aircraft body, the fire area is ionized and has the ability to conduct electricity, forming an electrical path between the metal tube and the aircraft body and outputting a signal. The size of the signal is related to factors such as the intensity of the flame. The more intense the flame, the larger the signal.
