Product details

This series of ICs are manufactured in BCD process with integrated Hall sensing element. They offer features such as wide operating voltage (3.8V~60V), reverse voltage protection, overcurrent protection, and 200KHz sampling frequency. With temperature compensation, the ICs can work under wide temperature range (-40℃~150℃) and maintain good performance and consistency.

They has also passed AEC-Q 100 certification.
