Most of these sensors transmit the detection signal in the form of an optical signal through an optical fiber. For example, there are temperature sensors that rely on the temperature dependence of semiconductor absorption ends, the temperature dependence of optical fiber characteristics, the radiation spectrum of a blackbody cavity, and the temperature dependence of birefringence.
