Photovoltaic Sensors

Photovoltaic sensors are sensors that utilize the photovoltaic effect. The limit of the detection sensitivity of a light sensor is determined by the signal-to-noise ratio. From this point of view and response speed, photovoltaic sensors are superior to photoconductive sensors.
